Ice Machine Installation in Parkview

Ice Machine Installation in Parkview, Johannesburg. Supply and installation of commercial ice machines, bins and remote condensers.

Installation covers siting for condenser airflow and ambient, the potable water feed with filtration, a trapped gravity drain, electrical supply and commissioning against the rated output. Ambient and water temperature are the two figures that decide whether a machine ever meets its catalogue rating.

The ice plant here is mostly estate clubhouses, guest houses, small restaurants and private bars, so the work is weighted towards undercounter and small modular machines. Call-outs are run from the central Johannesburg base, which keeps attendance windows short for kitchens in the northern and central suburbs.

Where a site is on borehole or stored water, hardness and sediment shorten descaling intervals sharply, which is why we take a hardness reading before setting a maintenance schedule. Condenser clearance and kitchen extract have as much effect on daily output as the refrigeration charge, so both are checked before any sealed-system work is quoted.
