The Kwikot industrial water heater range covers floor-standing storage cylinders from 500 L through to 3 000 L, supplied in vertical or horizontal configuration and in mild steel or stainless steel. The 500 L unit, SKU KS100, is the volume seller in Johannesburg hospitality, healthcare, hostel and factory ablution installations.

Mild-steel vessels are internally protected with Carboguard 545 or glass-flake epoxy, heated by Incalloy elements and lagged with 50 mm IW24 fibreglass insulation under 0.6 mm galvanised or stainless-steel cladding. Standard working pressure is up to 400 kPa, with a 600 kPa option where the site static pressure demands it.

Electrical loading is built to order between 6 kW and 84 kW on pre-wired control panels, with options for ammeters and voltmeters, time and bypass switches, stepped control and low-water cut-out. Recovery from cold to 60 °C is nominally six hours at rated loading, which is the number that decides whether the plant meets a morning peak.
