Kwikot Industrial Water Heater Installation across Gauteng. Supply and installation of Kwikot industrial water heaters and hot water cylinders. Work covers the full Kwikot Industrial Water Heater range from the 500 L KS100 through to 3 000 L vessels, in vertical or horizontal configuration and in mild or stainless steel.

Installation covers plinth preparation, vessel positioning in vertical or horizontal configuration, flanged pipework, panel mounting and electrical connection, then commissioning against the rated recovery figure. Where the unit replaces older plant, we confirm loading and cabling before the vessel is ordered.

Vessels are lined with Carboguard 545 or glass-flake epoxy, heated by flanged Incalloy elements and controlled from 6 kW–84 kW pre-wired panels, so any repair has to consider the water side, the element side and the panel together.

Control scheduling is often the cheapest available improvement, particularly where heating windows overlap with peak tariff periods. Gauteng municipal water is moderately hard, so scale on elements and heat exchangers is the single most common cause of falling performance.

Yes. The KS100 500 L vessel is the most common unit we attend, and the same work applies to the 750 L, 1 000 L, 1 500 L, 2 000 L, 2 500 L and 3 000 L models in the range.

Where a site runs on borehole water, hardness and iron content shorten service intervals considerably and are worth testing before setting a maintenance plan.

Can the plant be upgraded rather than replaced?

Often, yes. Electrical loading can be increased inside panel and cabling limits, storage can be banked with a second vessel, and a heat pump can be added ahead of the cylinder to carry base load with the elements as backup.
