Standard visits are two to four hours per machine on a fixed schedule.

Everything from self-contained undercounter machines to modular heads on bins and production plant, including water-cooled ice machines, remote condenser ice machines, cube ice machines. The ice plant here is mostly estate clubhouses, guest houses, small restaurants and private bars, so the work is weighted towards undercounter and small modular machines.

We service all common commercial makes, including Brema, Icematic, Simag, Maja, and can source the usual wear parts — inlet valves, float valves, pumps, spray bars, thermostats and fan motors.

The visit covers scheduled descale and sanitise visits, water filter and cartridge replacement, refrigerant and electrical condition monitoring and a written record of findings. Parts are quoted before fitting unless you have authorised a repair limit.
