Ice Machine Commissioning in Kyalami
Ice Machine Commissioning in Kyalami, Midrand & Centurion. Documented commissioning with measured output and cube weight.
Commissioning proves the installation: water pressure, ambient, freeze and harvest times, cube weight, output per 24 hours and electrical readings all recorded, so later performance complaints can be measured against a real baseline.
The ice plant here is mostly estate clubhouses, guest houses, small restaurants and private bars, so the work is weighted towards undercounter and small modular machines. Midrand and Centurion sit on the route between the Johannesburg and Pretoria runs, so attendance windows here are usually the shortest available.
Filtration sized on measured hardness and throughput is the cheapest protection available for an ice machine's water circuit and pump. Condenser clearance and kitchen extract have as much effect on daily output as the refrigeration charge, so both are checked before any sealed-system work is quoted.

The ice plant here is mostly estate clubhouses, guest houses, small restaurants and private bars, so the work is weighted towards undercounter and small modular machines.
Which brands are covered?
We service all common commercial makes, including Simag, Maja, Ziegra, Follett, and can source the usual wear parts — inlet valves, float valves, pumps, spray bars, thermostats and fan motors.
What is included in the price?
The visit covers water pressure and temperature readings, ambient and condenser air checks, freeze and harvest cycle timing and a written record of findings. Parts are quoted before fitting unless you have authorised a repair limit.
A related problem is "Ice Melting in the Bin" — is that covered?
