Work covers the full Kwikot Industrial Water Heater range from the 500 L KS100 through to 3 000 L vessels, in vertical or horizontal configuration and in mild or stainless steel.

Panel work covers contactors, overloads, stepped control, time and bypass switches, ammeter and voltmeter circuits and the low-water cut-out. Heat damage at terminals is the usual precursor to a panel failure and is visible on a thermal check long before it trips.

Vessels are lined with Carboguard 545 or glass-flake epoxy, heated by flanged Incalloy elements and controlled from 6 kW–84 kW pre-wired panels, so any repair has to consider the water side, the element side and the panel together.
