Kwikot Industrial Water Heater Safety Valve Replacement in Woodmead. Over-pressure and over-temperature safety valve replacement. Work covers the full Kwikot Industrial Water Heater range from the 500 L KS100 through to 3 000 L vessels, in vertical or horizontal configuration and in mild or stainless steel.

Safety valves are the one item that must never be left weeping or plugged. Replacement is to the rated set pressure for the vessel, with the discharge routed safely and the expansion arrangement checked at the same time.

Vessels are lined with Carboguard 545 or glass-flake epoxy, heated by flanged Incalloy elements and controlled from 6 kW–84 kW pre-wired panels, so any repair has to consider the water side, the element side and the panel together.
